Verse of the Day

"But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you."

~Psalm 5:11

Love & Praise

Sometimes music is the best communicator. Today, as we head into the weekend, I want to share a song with you that touches my heart each time I hear it. I play it when I feel discouraged. I play it when I want to rejoice. I play it when I just want to feel so close to my Savior {which is daily!} and reaffirm my love for him.

This week has been a week full of emotion for me. It was Isabella's birthday earlier this week and then today, she "graduated" from preschool. It seems like every one of her milestones is an emotional rush for me {I'm sure you can understand}. And this afternoon, I am spending time just pausing at the feet of Jesus and letting the emotion transform into praise for all that he has done and continues to do.

The song is a little peek into my heart and the enormous emotion I feel as I reflect on all the Lord has done. I pray you enjoy it today.

Memorize this verse today:

"But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you."
~Psalm 5:11
