Blown Away
God is awesome.
And yesterday I was reminded of that fact in an exchange that just blew me away. The specific details of the situation are not important, but suffice it to say, there was NO DOUBT that God had spoken. It was one of those moments that left me going, "WHOA!"
And a moment that left me smiling at the thought that God made his presence known.
BIG TIME.
I love God moments like that. Don't you? The moment where he truly reveals himself as El Roi (the God who sees us) by saying exactly what our heart needs to hear at that moment. The moment where you are reminded that he is El Shaddai (God Almighty) and can accomplish anything he pleases. And that moment where you are reminded that he is El Elyon, the most high God, supreme over everything and very much in control of his plan.
That is what I felt yesterday. A very powerful reminder, spoken at the perfect time, that he was present and in control of a situation that needed a real reminder of his presence and power.
Makes you go, "Whoa!"
I love, love, love when God does that. And, I am awed that he loves us so much that he sends us those reminders when we need them. Oh how I pray that you feel God powerfully today and that you recognize his voice when he speaks.
Sweet friends, God is there. Ready to give you a word right when you need it. I pray you hear him speak today. And when you do, just praise him for giving you that gift of his word to remind you of his presence in your life.
Friends, God loves you so and he wants you to trust him. Believe that today!
